How to check if the tag battery is charged (SMART V2)
Only for Tag SMART V2
The procedure refers exclusively to the Tag compatible with SMART V2, as shown here in the photo.
The discharged Tag could be the cause of some false alarm events (such as the activation of the alarm state while driving) which is why, in these cases, it is always good practice to check the status of the Tag’s battery.
To check the battery charge status of the Tag, proceed as follows:
open the Tag with a screwdriver
inside, press the button
if the LED lights up green: the battery is still charged
if the LED remains off or lights up red: the battery is flat.
