How to replace the Tag's battery

If you have the new version Trackting SMART V.2 (with the round-shaped Tag), follow these simple steps or watch the video below.

• Remove the two screws using a phillips screwdriver
• Separate the two faces of the tag by slightly levering the black rubber ring
• Remove the rubber ring from its base – With a plastic pointy object (e.g. the cap of a pen), push the battery out
• Now take the new battery and remove any protective films
• Make sure to remove any traces of glue or tape
• If needed, remove glue with alcohol
• Now place the new battery in the right side
• With your nail, push the little button until you see the green led flashing
• Now apply the rubber ring, matching the two cuts with the plastic pins
• Press the black rubber ring gently, to match it with its base
• Apply the cover matching the plastic notch with the corresponding cut
• Make sure that the two faces of the tag match correctly
• With the screwdriver tighten the two screws gently
